A few weeks ago on Halloween I had the opportunity to meet a great London based artist Tommy Fiendish. Addition to being talented he is also a very nice guy! In this post I would like to show you some of his amazing skull paintings.
Tommy is an artist with a love for the macabre and twisted metaphors. Developing his own style for over the last 10 years, he avoids traditional tattooing and art work. His style is distinctive and easily recognizable. Tommy uses his art techniques in tattoos, street art and commissions. He has recently been published in tattoo magazines, most recently for his unique font that he has created. Tommy also writes electronic music of varying genres that has the same macabre feel as his painting.
You can watch a great process video of one of Tommy’s paintings called ‘The Fall Of Mictlantecuhtli’. This video details the process behind his intricate macabre drawings and paintings. It was created for the Skull Art Exhibition CELEBRABIS VITAE organized by The Skull Appreciation Society on Halloween.
This post is just a small selection of beautiful paintings and street art made by Tommy. Be sure to visit him online to see more of his amazing art.
