Check out this stunning and awesome Skeleton drawing by Raquel Aparicio. Her style is fluid and adaptive. She slips the quirky little details into her pieces.  From Edgar Allen Poe’s sad eyes to the melancholy demeanor of the skeleton, each image is lovingly drawn and filled with emotion. She uses watercolors in the way that the delicate colors bleed into one another to create dreamy landscapes of fantastical people and places.

Raquel is a young very talented artist from Spain. She has a twin sister. In 2006 she started illustrating as a pro working for magazines, books and advertising. As well as having taught collage illustration, Raquel also creates animation and comics. She has also worked for Nylon, Nokia and Orange. Her work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Runner’s World, Rolling Stone and Elle, just to name a few.
